ASHEVILLE, N.C. March, 2015 – The University of North Carolina Law Alumni Association has appointed Van Winkle Law Firm attorney Jackson C. Bebber to its Board of Directors. Bebber graduated from UNC in 2013 and represents a number of counties in Western North Carolina on the Board, including Buncombe, Henderson, and Polk.
The Alumni Association has more than 10,000 members. The law school specializes in civil rights, banking, environmental law, intellectual property, entrepreneurial and securities law, critical studies, bankruptcy and constitutional inquiry.
Jackson Bebber has been part of The Van Winkle Law Firm team since 2013. With an award-winning background as an Asheville real estate broker, his legal practice now focuses on real estate law, including purchases, negotiations, and litigation.
He is also a part of the Asheville Downtown Commission, a past director of the Asheville Board of Realtors and a volunteer for the South Buncombe Youth League.
