Philip Anderson has practiced law in Asheville since February 1995 and joined Van Winkle in September 2021. He enjoys a broad, general civil litigation and trial practice, including litigation concerning contracts, business and business torts, trusts and estates, commercial leases, construction, real estate disputes, and commercial disputes.
