Meet Our Newest Principals
Jack Bebber is a member our litigation team, focusing his practice on general civil litigation, eminent domain defense and commercial and residential real estate litigation. His experience representing the best interests of property owners in courtrooms throughout Western North Carolina has contributed to jury verdicts resulting in millions of dollars in recoveries for his clients. He is committed to protecting the rights of property owners in our community.
Ryan Coffield is the firm’s business practice group leader and works with businesses in all phases of corporate life, from formation and ongoing operations, to reorganizations and owner transition strategies. With a masters of taxation degree, his knowledge of corporate and non-profit tax issues allows him to provide a unique perspective when advising clients on tax matters relating to their business goals.
Heather Goldstein’s practice centers around elder law issues, supporting her clients through the unique needs that accompany longevity. She works with clients to create a plan that addresses future medical, financial and decision-making needs. Additionally, she offers advice to family members and caregivers serving in a fiduciary role on behalf of an elderly or disabled person, and provides advocacy and dispute-resolution when conflicts arise or when an older adult is at risk of financial exploitation.
William Heedy is a registered patent attorney who counsels clients in all areas of intellectual property (IP), including patent, trade secret, trademark and copyright matters, in both transactional and litigation settings. Through his thorough and comprehensive due diligence, and by bringing his technical and legal perspective to each IP matter, William navigates clients through the process of bringing their products to market in as easy and streamlined a manner as possible.
