The Van Winkle Law Firm is pleased to welcome Jenny Boyer to our Trusts and Estates practice. Jenny focuses her practice on the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, charitable gift planning, and trust reformations and terminations. She joins our talented team who work closely with our clients through each personal and business life stage.
Before joining the Firm, Jenny practiced in the area of commercial real estate finance and securitization with a large New York-based firm out of Charlotte. She received a Bachelor’s degree from UNC Chapel Hill and went on to attend law school at the University of Virginia, where she was a member of the Elder Law Clinic at the Legal Aid Justice Center in Charlottesville, Va.
In her spare time, Jenny volunteers as a member of the Pisgah Legal Services Young Professionals Board and United Way’s Highlands Circle. She can also be found practicing yoga, dancing and painting. She enjoys hiking and exploring Western North Carolina with her husband Travis and their dog Charlotte.
